Swimming in Morzine
For those wanting to stretch out and have a splash, the Morzine Aquatic Centre offers gorgeously maintained pools. Boasting a 50m outdoor pool, a toddler pool, a splash pool, and a flume, the outside area has something for all ages!
Inside, during wet weather days, there is a 25m pool, a toddler pool, and a baby splash area. It also has a spa area and offers various aquatics-based fitness classes during the day.
Swimming in Avoriaz
A little walk from the Prodains lift, you will find Aquariaz…a mini water adventure park. Float around the lazy river or get a thrill down the slide in the giant Ringo!!

Tree Top Adventures
1) Morzine
Parc des Dérêches by the river; there are many hidden gems! Three different treetop courses for different ages/challenges. Accessible to 2+ years, there’s something for everyone. Also, there are now treetop nets and trampolines.
2) Cascade De Nyon
Another place to journey through the trees, with a bit more of a challenge, is found at Nyon.

3) Canyoning
The super adventurous and thrill-seeking members of your group will need to head to Cascade de Nyon to climb, abseil, slide, and jump down the natural landscape of this area.

4) Whitewater Rafting
Frogs Rafting provides all the gear for you to just turn up and have all the fun, depending on your desired level of thrill! You just need to be able to swim 25 meters & bring a bathing suit & towel. Have fun! Have fun!
5) Horse Riding
In the Parc des Dérêches, this lovely riding school is run by Phillipe and offers a range of daily hikes, lessons, and weekly adventures. Definitely get in touch if you would like something bespoke.

Another option is down the valley at Saint-Jean-d'Aulps. Again, there are many daily and weekly courses that are offered here.
Multipass
The MultiPass scheme is an excellent, cost-effective way to experience the vast array of indoor and outdoor summer activities here in the Portes Du Soleil.
The MultiPass is fantastic value for money, especially for families, and is worth it for the access to the pedestrian lifts and swimming pool alone!

Biking
1) Mountain Biking
Mountain biking is HUGE in the Portes du Soleil, due to the world-class trails in Les Gets, Avoriaz, Chatel, and the Swiss resorts of Champery and Morgins!

Just like skiing, you can get individual or group lessons or sign yourself up for a weeklong course.

2) Road Biking
Morzine is the ultimate base for exploring a true cycling paradise in the French Alps—and home to some of the most thrilling stages of the Tour de France. It is a mecca for both cyclists and triathletes.
Look out for Sundays when certain climbs are made car-free for the morning...an absolute must!
